Privacy Policy
Corpeos Solutions ("Corpeos", "we", "us") provides recruitment, payroll, compliance and other HR services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our WhatsApp numbers and the HR services we provide for our client companies.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide the services our clients engage us for.
- To prepare offer letters, appointment letters and related HR records for our client companies, including through our WhatsApp service.
- To process payroll and meet statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC and professional tax.
- To match job seekers with suitable openings.
- To keep records required by law and to protect against misuse.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
3. Our WhatsApp service
Authorised HR staff of our client companies can send us a candidate's resume or documents on WhatsApp and receive the offer or appointment letter in reply. Only phone numbers approved by the client company can use this service; messages from other numbers are not processed. We read only the details needed for the letter (such as name, address and mobile number). Aadhaar numbers are not extracted or stored as separate fields. WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Who we share it with
- The client company the information relates to, for example the employer of a candidate.
- Service providers that host or carry our data on our behalf: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Amazon Web Services (servers in Mumbai, India) and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, where client records are kept).
- Government authorities where the law requires it, such as for PF, ESIC and tax filings.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, for the duration of our engagement with the client company, and for any longer period the law requires us to keep records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections, stored on access-controlled systems, and available only to staff and systems that need it. Changes and access to records are logged.
7. Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, or withdraw a consent you have given. If your information was shared with us by your employer or prospective employer, we may direct your request to them as well. Write to us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
